The vaccine is offered to the following groups:
-
Men who have sex with men and have had multiple casual sexual partners within the past 6 months.
-
Additionally, vaccinations are recommended for men who are using pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medication for HIV prevention and men who are waiting for access to PrEP treatment and have sex with men.
Helsinki residents and individuals who have long-term stays in Helsinki are eligible for the vaccine.
