“Chef Hans Valimäki’s restaurant Chez Dominque will close its doors in the beginning of October.
The two Michelin-starred restaurant has been closed over the summer and will open for a final month in the beginning of September.
In the beginning of October the restaurant will go on a break for an “unspecified period” and no further information is provided at this time.
“Now it’s time to do something else. But it will not be a break from cooking. I love cooking and I’m aiming for new challenges, which will be revealed later,” the founder and owner of the restaurant, Välimäki said.”
