The city of Helsinki is searching for a new owner for Stansvik Manor, located in Laajasalo. The sale includes a total of 14 buildings.

In addition to the main building dating back to the early 19th century, the sale includes a 100-seat restaurant built in 1960, four accommodation buildings, a maintenance building, a sauna, storage buildings, as well as three piers and a tennis court.

The buildings for sale are suitable for various purposes, such as café, restaurant, accommodation, and event venue. The total floor area of the buildings is 1,467 square meters.

All the buildings of the manor are located on or near the seafront. The city's goal is to find an operator for the culturally significant manor who can provide interesting and open services to the residents of Helsinki and the local community. The evaluation of offers will take into account both the nature of the operations and the price offered for the buildings.

The tendering process will begin on May 22nd and end on June 30th, 2023.

The buildings for sale are situated within the Stansvik Manor and Recreation Area, which is a culturally and naturally significant area in Helsinki. The city will retain ownership of the manor's land, and the future owner of the buildings will be granted leasehold rights.

The aim is to find a new owner for the buildings of Stansvik Manor through the sale, someone who has the necessary resources and expertise to restore the manor to its rightful use. Helsinki's goal is to divest itself of buildings that are not needed for its own services or do not have other strategic reasons for ownership.
