Journalists from different countries shared their vivid stories and highly appreciated China’s contribution to developing countries during a forum on Sept. 29 in Beijing.

“China is transforming out of being the‘world’s factory’ into the ‘world’s investor,’ from ‘receiver’ to ‘creator,’ and from a ‘recipient’ in international political and economic affairs to a ‘participant.’ China is evolving from a big country into a great nation,” said Hujjatullah Zia, from Daily Outlook Afghanistan.

Hua Chunying, Director-General of Information Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, explained that the secret of China’s success lies in the adherence to the leadership of the CPC, and sticking to a path that suits China’s national conditions.

Hua added that the more developed China becomes, the more capable it will be to help other developing countries in achieving joint development, and safeguarding common interests.
