Finland's finance ministry is planning a considerable reduction in the taxation of electric cars and plug-in hybrids, according to a draft document seen by the Finnish News Agency.
The proposal to cut electric cars' tax burden to a fifth from the current level forms part of a range of changes in energy taxation. The ministry is to unveil its draft budget on Friday.
